Terms and Conditions

No products may be returned without first receiving a “Return Merchandise Authorization” from distributor. TNA Distributors reserves the right to replace or issue a refund on all defective merchandise. All returns must be shipped with freight prepaid. Unauthorized or collect returns will be refused. All returned goods must be in original shipped condition. A 15% restocking charge will be applied to all returns of non-defective material.
TNA Distributors dealers are prohibited from selling merchandise to other dealers, and/or distributors.
All prices are subjugated to change without prior notice.
Publicly advertising merchandise below MAP is strictly prohibited.
Total order amount must be at least $1500.00 (USD). Failure to reach minimum is charged a $300.00 (USD) processing fee.
Surface freight prepaid on orders totaling $500.00 (USD) and above (invoiced at regular wholesale prices) to a single location within 48 contiguous US states. TNA Distributors reserves the right to utilize the carrier of its choice on freight prepaid offer. Orders shipped as soon as possible unless specified by dealer.
All shipments become dealer’s property when shipped. Freight damage or shortages, if any, should be filed within 7 days.
TNA Distributors LLC does not discriminate customers based on sex, age, race, orientation etc. All customers are treated equally.
